see moreThe WOTVS People of Color Alliance Group is for members who identify as Asian, Asian American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, Indigenous, Pacific Islander, all People of Color, and their allies. Members of this group are encouraged to use this platform to have conversations around unique issues to their community and experiences in order to support each other and further inclusion in the alcohol beverage industry. We believe that it is only together that we are able to overcome issues and evolve. This is a learning space where we recognize not everyone is going to get it right and not everyone is in the same place in their journey, but we are committed to growing together. In this spirit we will be administrating this space to promote a community of learning. Any posts that risk being exclusive, offensive, or disruptive to the community we are fostering will be addressed as learning moments. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Group Leads.

And by Beer, we mean Beer, Craft Beer, FMB’s, Cider, Hard Seltzer and other malt based products. We know that working in Beer has different challenges and opportunities and so together we want to grow the presence of the Beer Community (suppliers, distributors and retailers) within the WOTVS.
This is YOUR community to: share stories and insights, spot trends and understand the data, identify obstacles so together we can find solutions, and learn ways to be more effective - all in an effort to make us better and more effective. Now more than ever, there is power in bringing together women - and men who support women - in Beer!Guidelines

Guidelines
Women of the Vine & Spirits Business Resource Groups give members an opportunity to share their experiences, connect with one another and build our community. Sharing views, experiences, ideas and information is instrumental in creating a more inclusive and diverse alcohol beverage industry. Women of the Vine & Spirits is rooted in respect for the inherent dignity of each person. We foster a community that does not discriminate, or tolerate discrimination by any member of the community, against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or disability.
We want our members to be able to talk openly about the issues that matter to them, even if some may disagree or find them objectionable. While we are committed to open expression, we also recognize that an online forum can create an increased opportunity for abuse. For these reasons, when we must limit expression, we do it in service of safety, privacy and dignity. It is in this spirit that we ask members of WOTVS to follow these guidelines:
- WOTVS is committed to making WOTVS Business Resource Groups a safe place. Expression that threatens people, has the potential to intimidate, exclude or silence others, is not permitted.
- WOTVS is committed to protecting personal privacy and information.
- WOTVS believes that all people are equal in dignity and rights. We require members to respect the dignity of others and not harass or degrade others in our WOTVS Groups.
- When appropriate, and when not in violation of the above guidelines, any posts that risk being exclusive, offensive, or disruptive to our community are to be addressed as learning moments by Group Leaders or WOTVS while protecting the person that originally posted in the Group.
- WOTVS members can report potentially violating content to the Group Leaders and/or to WOTVS Director of Operations, Kyndal Korsgaden, at Kyndal@womenofthevine.com

The Working Parents Business Resource Group is a positive space to openly talk about balancing parenthood, pursuing big dreams, career endeavors, and more.
This group is an interactive place to bring parents together for support and encouragement, both through parenthood and along their journeys through the alcohol beverage industry! Members of this group are encouraged to use this platform to share advice, feedback, and support regarding anything from transitioning as a new mother, raising your tribe, juggling the work-life balance, working from home, and anything in between. We're all about connecting with each other, learning, and venting about real life. This is your community. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Group Leads.
This group will be led and facilitated by:
Marbet Lewis, Co-Founding Partner, Attorney, Spiritus Law
